Our client is a company with a presence in over 40 European countries - experienced space optimisers, flexible problem solvers and the leading supplier in product range categories for DIY market. The brand portfolio ranges from own brands, to integrated manufacturer brands and retailers' own brands.

To develop Nordics market currently we are looking for

Key Account Manager DIY & Retail Nordics
Job location: Poznań area

  • consultation and follow up on existing key accounts in Nordics (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland)
  • gaining new business and new clients
  • proactive customer management with a focus on business management indicators and break-even analysis
  • trustful and transparent customer relationship management
  • coordination and execution of sales projects with international project coordination between mentioned countries and Germany
  • development and expansion on existing customer listings
  • identify consumer and retailer needs by category expertise to help business meet demand
  • development of new customers in existing distribution channels and development of new distribution channels
  • revenue and contribution margin responsibility


  • experience in key account and/or commercial product management with experience in retail activities especially DIY
  • experience of working with customers in Nordic markets
  • capability to build customer relationships and to create independently sales decisions
  • analytical skills are crucial
  • excellent communication skills
  • decision oriented and self-confident appearance
  • service and customer-oriented thinking
  • affinity for product and range development
  • logistical skills and knowledge would be an advantage
  • fluent English is a must
  • further languages are also of benefit but not a must, e.g. German
  • computer literacy (MS Office)
  • driving license B
  • readiness to business travel as needed
